Set-Up:  Starts at 7:30am on Saturday, May 18th

  • Only 1 of each company/type will be allowed.

We would like to invite you to the 2024 Westby Syttende Mai as a Food Vendor!  

 

  • Booth(s) - 12 ft. by 12 ft. that have been designated by the Westby Syttende Mai Committee as follows:

    • Saturday, May 18th - 8:30am and 7:00pm (or earlier)​

    • Sunday, May 19th - 8:30am and 5:00pm (or earlier)

  • Responsibility of the vendor:

    • Pay the entry fee in advance, with no other charges.​

    • Erect the required facilities prior to the event and that the Committee shall have the right to approve the appearance and type of booth.

    • Abide by the location of your assigned booth, as determined by the Committee

    • The behavior of your staff and of the public in your booth, and will, at all times, maintain a reasonable standard of contact.

  • We must adhere to the city’s regulations about not being near the sidewalks in the creamery parking lot. If you do not like the location in which you are placed by our staff you are welcomed to leave.  If you do not listen to staff during the event, you can be asked to leave! This is non-negotiable.

 

  • You must clean up all of your things Sunday no later than 7:00pm.  If you do not do so, you will not be asked to come back to future events.  We need all of your things cleared on Sunday after 7:00pm which we think is more than accommodating!  The Westby Co-op Creamery Store is so accommodating to us and we wish to work with them as much as possible.  There will be no arrangements of picking up your stuff at a later time with the Creamery. This contract is with Syttende Mai!

  • No hydro or water facilities are provided to any booth.  You may bring your own small generator.​

 

  • Booth should be set up by 9:00am and be open to the public by 10:00am each day.

 

  • Vendors will remove their debris/trash on both days, no later than 8:00pm on Saturday, May 18th and 7:00pm on Sunday, May 19th.

 

  • The Committee reserves the right to rescind this Agreement and to require the vendor's booth be vacated in the event of a breach in the Agreement.

 

  • The vendor agrees to indemnify and save the Committee harmless in respect of any loss or liability or any injuries occasioned.

 

  • The Agreement, as part of the registration form, is non-assignable without the consent of the Committee.  The vendor will receive their acceptance no later than April 15, 2024.
