We would like to invite you to the 2023 Westby Syttende Mai as a Food Vendor!  

 

• Booth(s) are 12 ft. by 12 ft. that have been designated by the Westby Syttende Mai Committee as follows:

  • Saturday, May 20th - between 8:30am and 7:00pm (or earlier)​

  • Sunday, May 21st - between 8:30am and 5:00pm (or earlier)

• Responsibility of the vendor:

  • Pay the entry fee in advance, with no other charges.​

  • Erect the required facilities prior to the event and that the Committee shall have the right to approve the appearance and type of booth.

  • Abide by the location of your assigned booth, as determined by the Committee

  • The behavior of your staff and of the public in your booth, and will, at all times, maintain a reasonable standard of contact.

• No hydro or water facilities are provided to any booth.  You may bring your own small generator.​

 

• Booth should be set up by 9:00am and be open to the public by 10:00am each day.

 

• Vendors will remove their debris/trash on both days, no later than 8:00pm on Saturday, May 20th and 7:00pm on Sunday, May 21st.

 

• The Committee reserves the right to rescind this Agreement and to require the vendor's booth be vacated in the event of a breach in the Agreement.

 

• The vendor agrees to indemnify and save the Committee harmless in respect of any loss or liability or any injuries occasioned.

 

• The Agreement, as part of the registration form, is non-assignable without the consent of the Committee.  The vendor will receive their acceptance no later than April 10, 2023.
