This annual Rosemalers Show & Sale showcases the tradition of rosemaling, the beautiful art form of Norway, along with featuring the talents of their Club Members!
There is also a bake sale and get your raffle tickets for beautiful rosemaled items.

Free Museum Tours
111 Bekkedahl Avenue
The museum is the 1892 family home of prominent Westby businessman, Theodore Thoreson, and his son, Bennett Thoreson, who was Westby’s first mayor. Displays at the museum include a detailed diorama of 1910 Westby; an entire room honoring our veterans; and displays of Syttende Mai, tobacco
farming, and ski jumping.
The Genealogy Room will be open for review and
appointments can be made for future research help.
Anyone attending the Open
House will receive gifts of a Norwegian novel translated into English, Legend of Siljatjern Seter by Gunlaug Nøkland, and a DVD, “Discoveries of a Marionette,” while supplies last. Free-will donations appreciated.
