Syttende Mai Pickleball Tournament Registration

For Each Participant (Player 1 and Player 2 if applicable):

All Saturday Tournament registrants will receive a Syttende Mai wristband that grants access to all music and entertainment in the Fest Tent ($10 value).

By registering, all participants agree to the following:

•  Play at Your Own Risk: Participation in the Syttende Mai Pickleball Tournament is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. The tournament organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

• Safety is a Priority: The safety of our players is extremely important to us. All participants are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

• Recommended Gear: Proper court shoes (non-marking, designed for court sports) and protective eyewear are recommended to participate. This helps prevent injuries and ensures the safety of all players.

• Donations: Registrations fees are non refundable

• In Case of Rain: If weather conditions require us to cancel the tournament, you will receive an email notification at least one hour prior to check-in. If the rain is light and does not pose a safety risk, we will make every effort to proceed with the tournament as planned.
