Remember when this was "The Show" you couldn't miss?

Let's make that happen again with 100 booths!

More Booths = More People = More Sales $$

FESTIVAL DATES:  May 16-17-18

SHOW DATES:  May17th – 18th -- May 16th is load-in day (unless special arrangements are made)

APPLICATION DEADLINE:  May 1st or when we are full

 

WEATHER:  Rain or Shine - be prepared for inclement weather: sides, rain covers, tie downs, weights. Booth owners are responsible and liable for the security and safety of their structures, as well as anything contained within.

BOOTH SIZES AND FEE:

  • 10 ft. x 10 ft. -- $50  | with electricity -- $70

  • 10 ft. x 20 ft. -- $100 | with electricity -- $120

 

*Your display, seating, checkout,  and all items for sale must stay within the rented space.

*Booths must be anchored with weights only, absolutely no stakes in the pavement. This will be enforced.

ELECTRICITY:  there is not electric available for all booths; first come first served. A small quiet battery powered generator can be used. No gas generators are allowed. Please let me know if you will be using a generator.

LOAD-IN:  Friday, May 16th -- 1:00pm - 6:00pm

  • Special arrangements need to be made if early Saturday morning is needed for tent set up. (I strongly recommend Friday load in with tent at least). All product ready to sell by 8:30am Saturday, 9:30am Sunday.  

 

*Vehicles will only be allowed in booth area to drop off materials; then must be removed, you will not be allowed to keep your vehicle by your booth during set up.  Hand carts or dollies are suggested. If you are bringing a truck with a trailer, I need to know this, you may have to enter from a different way.

PARKING: There will be parking close by, directions given at check in.

SHOW HOURS: 

  • Saturday, May 17th -- 9:00am – 5:00pm (later if you want)

  • Sunday, May 18th -- 10:00am – 4:00pm

LOAD OUT: Sunday, May 18th - 4:00pm

  • You will not be able to drive your vehicle into the booth area until officially closed. Your booth must be completely packed up before your vehicle will be allowed in. (this is why carts and dollies are suggested to get a start on loading until you can bring in your vehicle)

  • We cannot guarantee you will be able to get right in front of your booth unless you are willing to wait. We are hoping to have volunteers to help with transporting materials to your vehicle.

LIABILITY INSURANCE: This is for your protection; not just for the public; accidents happen, and we just can’t take that risk. You may be able to add an incidental business liability endorsement to your home policy. You will need to add Syttende Mai as an additional insured. You can also get insurance for a single event very inexpensively online. (if you need help with this, please ask) I will need a copy.

SALES TAX PERMIT#: Seller is responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying sales tax.

*A copy of your WI Tax Account # must be on premise during selling hours.

PART C: Must fill out even if you are tax exempt, it’s sent to the state.  The first box is a fillable form.

REFUNDS: Vendor will need to submit a written cancellation request through email by April 20th to receive full refund. No refunds after that date.

 

ACCEPTANCE: You will only be contacted if you are not accepted; your fee will be refunded.

 

NOTICE: We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration due to space available or merchandise sold. We do not allow anything deemed a weapon, obscene, illegal, or inappropriate in any way. No spraying of anything liquid inside or outside of your rented space.

 

COMMERCIAL BOOTHS: Will be reviewed to limit duplication.

 

NO GUARANTEE: of WI-FI - Cellular service – Internet connection for sales; there are ATM machines close by  

SECURITY: There will be overnight security, to keep from damage to, loss or theft of vendor property.

 

GARBAGE: Please make sure all trash from your operation is removed and/or thrown in garbage cans before you leave. Thank You.

 

ADVERTISING: We encourage accepted vendors to advertise they will be at our event.
